Which assessments auto-populate into Student Success?
Last updated: July 27, 2026
What default assessments are available to auto-populate into Panorama Student Success?
The default assessments listed below are eligible for nightly upload into Panorama Student Success. Additional steps may be required at the beginning of the year to ensure the data connects and updates in Student Success. For default assessments identified in CASA Panorama will reach out directly to the district with additional information in the fall. For non-default assessments, please submit a support ticket to support_Iowa@panoramaed.com to request a data connection.

*FastBridge math and literacy assessments for screening and progress monitoring are automatically transferred to Student Success nightly even if they’re not the default assessment. The exception is those measures identified as lab status by Renaissance.
**MAP Reading Fluency is NOT eligible for nightly upload into Panorama Student Success and will require a secure file upload by the district to a secure file share site.
***The ISASP data visible in Student Success are historical. The current school year's ISASP data generally populates in Student Success the following Fall, as the data is not available to load until after it has been published each year.
What if we select an approved assessment not listed above as our default?
Unfortunately, other approved literacy assessments or approved mathematics assessments do not support automated, nightly data integration. Districts using these to meet ELI or Math Counts Act requirements must take additional steps for the data to populate into Panorama reports. Those additional district or school steps include:
A district-initiated export from the testing data system and secure file upload to a site maintained by the Iowa Department of Education at the conclusion of each screening window (fall, winter, spring). Vendor-provided data file.
The district is responsible for ensuring a clean data file using State Student IDs and other required data elements. There could be delays in importing data if the file is not clean and complete.
Daily updates to healthy indicator (HI) reports and literacy and math risk status calculations will not be possible during screening windows for these assessments. These will only update after the final data file is uploaded and imported.
Any progress monitoring data collected using these assessments will not automatically load into intervention plans. All PM data must be manually entered into the intervention using the custom progress monitoring setup.
Is there a way to view additional non-default assessments in Student Success data?
Panorama has the ability to import and display additional assessment data for vendors that already have an existing integration in the platform, as long as state IDs are available in that vendor’s export. To determine if an assessment is eligible for import, submit a help ticket to support_Iowa@panoramaed.com.
