📋  2026-2027 Literacy and Math Status Calculations  The literacy and mathematical risk status calculations used by Student Success will be changing to better align with legislative language. This change will occur over the summer and should be in place by the end of August 2026. The updated calculations may result in changes from the student’s spring risk status when they return in the fall. More will be communicated in the fall. |

Why do our 7-12th Grade literacy statuses say 'Not Available'?
Students in grades 7+ will display the literacy status designation of 'Not Available' in Student Success. The necessary elements to calculate literacy status - reviewed and approved literacy assessments - are only available K-6 at this time.
Where NOT to View Literacy or Mathematics Status
There is often confusion regarding the coloring in Student Success. The coloring of scores on the Students tab and on the student's individual profile do NOT reflect the student's literacy or math status. The coloring actually reflects the score in relation to the FastBridge, or other assessment vendor, risk level (above benchmark, some risk, high risk).
