Some schools missing student data and new staff access
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Important announcement: Not all schools able to send student and staff data currently (updated 8/25)
All student demographics, rosters and staff access data comes directly from the school's student information system (SIS). Currently, some SIS are temporarily unable to send 2026-27 school year data, due to a statewide change in the SIF agent framework, from SIF 2.4 format to SIF Unity format, that requires SIS programming. This prevents student data and rosters from populating into FastBridge and Panorama, as well as access to the systems for new or changed staff.
Below is a list of what we currently know about the status of rollover and the transition for the four compatible SIS.
Infinite Campus: All Infinite Campus SIF agents are offline and no data will be received until they complete the transition to SIF unity. Instructions have been provided by email to members of the Infinite Campus group. Contact your Infinite Campus support team for additional assistance.
JMC: An interim 2026-27 SIF 2.4 agent is now available and all hosted districts should be sending 2026-27 data. Programming for transition SIF Unity continues.
Powerschool: 2026-27 SIF Unity agent is currently in phased release. Districts will be contacted by Powerschool with instructions, there is no need to reach out to GWAEA or Powerschool support team for assistance at this time. Most public schools are up and running and non-publics are in-progress.
Alma: Not currently sending 2026-27 data.
