2026.09.17 Panorama Healthy Indicator Reports and Student Risk Statuses

The Department previously shared that student literacy and mathematics risk statuses would not update until after the close of the state designated window on October 2. We are pleased to announce that is no longer true. Student risk statuses will update ‘live’ in Student Success once the default assessments are programmed into the system and Healthy Indicator reports begin populating for fall screening. 

Healthy Indicator (HI) reports are not yet populating in Panorama Student Success. The Panorama team is working on completing programming for the identified default assessments. Barring any unforeseen technical issues, HI reports should begin populating again sometime next week. 

Please note that if your district has selected a new vendor for default assessments, those will not yet populate in HI reports. The Panorama team reviews the default assessment selections each year and identifies districts that have selected a new vendor. Their team then reaches out directly to those districts, usually mid to late September, to provide information on what is required to get your data to populate in the system. Please be aware that for new vendors it usually takes until October before all the work is completed and you see the new assessment data in Student Success.
