2026-10-01 Healthy Indicator Reports and Risk Statuses in Panorama Student Success
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Good morning.
We are pleased to announce that as of late afternoon Wednesday September 30 Panorama completed the default assessment programming so Healthy Indicator (HI) reports and student literacy and mathematics risk statuses are updating with fall default assessment data when available. Districts that selected a new default assessment vendor (example: changing from Fast to Star assessments) for 2026-27 may need to complete additional steps in collaboration with the new assessment vendor and Panorama team before assessment data will populate. More information for districts changing vendors is below. For districts that continued the same default assessment from 2025-26, no additional set-up is required and reports are up-to-date.
For districts that selected a default assessment from a different vendor for 2026-27
Panorama emailed the district assessment coordinator, tech coordinator, and SIS contacts listed in the Test Administration collection in CASA two weeks ago to begin the process of setting up integrations for new vendor default assessments. Once all of the data share agreements are in place, the Panorama team can then start work on programming for the integration. That work takes a couple of weeks. The data share agreement is one part of a multi-step process to get everything set up in the platform for data to populate. It generally takes 2-3 weeks after the agreement is in place before you will see data for that new assessment in Student Success.
