2026.07.30 Iowa's EWS/MTSS News: FastBridge Benchmark Release Update

Renaissance Learning, the provider of the FastBridge assessments, notified the Department that the updated benchmarks and norms for the 2026-2027 school year will not be released on July 31 as previously stated.

The Renaissance team has determined that the release will be delayed until the middle of August to allow additional time for the psychometrics team to complete validation of the updated norms. This validation is an important quality assurance step to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data before it is made available.
