Access Instructions for AEA Staff

Effective November 18 2025, changes to the access processes make it easier and more efficient for AEA users to get what they need. The biggest change is that AEA user access to student data level user roles are now assigned by the school in the district’s student information system, the same way as regular district/school staff.
