2026.01.30 Iowa's EWS/MTSS News: After Screening Actions, Panorama Student Success and FastBridge Notes
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Post-screening window actions
For teachers, it’s time to set up monitoring and intervention for students, as appropriate. The guide What Next? Setting Up Progress Monitoring and Interventions can assist with understanding what to do and where to do it.
For leaders, the Healthy Indicator reports provide an opportunity to review and act on data at various systems levels. New functions have been added for 2025-26 that include options to drill down to related student-level reports!
Notes on Panorama Student Success intervention plans
For iReady monitoring methods, you will need to add a baseline (start score) and target (goal) when creating the intervention plan. If you do not add both a baseline and target, the system cannot generate an aim line or trend line.
When creating an intervention, if you don't see a monitoring measure in the drop-down list, it means your building hasn't used that measure yet in the current school year. Once a student (any student) in the building has a score for that assessment, it will populate in the drop-down list for that building.
Reminder for FastBridge monitoring methods: be sure to select the correct grade level when selecting the method/measure in the drop-down list. The level will be in parentheses. If you select a measure without a grade level, the data will not connect.
Note on FastBridge CBMMath Automaticity GOM measure names in the monitoring method list. CBMmath Automaticity measures are currently labeled as "Fluency" in the monitoring methods drop-down list when setting up interventions due to FastBridge's labeling in their nightly data file. Example: CBMMath Automaticity AUTO L3 GOM is displayed as CBMMath Fluency - Grade 3 GOM in Student Success. Renaissance (FastBridge) will resolve this naming discrepancy soon.
If a teacher is missing from the champion or intervention team list, please refer to this Panorama help library article for more information: Teachers are missing from champion or intervention team list, how do I add them?

FastBridge’s new ticket system for support
FastBridge has transitioned from Zendesk to the Salesforce support system. Here’s what you need to know:
Do not use the chat or phone number options you may see mentioned in the platform. Iowa support is not available through those channels. Email and online support form are the only Iowa options.
The email for help hasn’t changed. It remains iowafastbridgehelp@renaissance.com.
When using the support form under “Contact Us” within FastBridge, be sure to select FastBridge as the Product Family and click the checkbox for Iowa users that appears below it.

Notify your school tech team to whitelist @renaissance.com. The “reply from” email address that users will see on support replies has changed from @iowafb.zendesk.com to @renaissance.com. Specifically, iowafastbridgesupport@renaissance.com and salesforceadmins@renaissance.com. To ensure support responses are received, IT will need to update security protocols to allow the email domain through firewalls, filters, etc. Please share this information with your local technology support.
